The Patriot Logistics team and all subsidiaries understand the great importance of our role
in the supply chain process: Pickup and deliver business critical assets to be bought and

a corporate SOP program (Standard Operating Procedure) to maintain a
Quality of Service (QoS). The SOP program facilitates a continuous flow of the
supply chain process and ensures our customers reliable pickup and delivery.
Each Patriot Logistics location has a dedicated safety manager who works with the corporate
HQ's to maintain and exceed the expectations required by the Department of Transportation.
Whereby, it is mandatory that all Patriot Logistics safety managers and owner operators undergo
a certification process to understand the requirements needed to maintain the safety and
reliability of our customer's business critical assets.
To further signify our commitment to excellence, we have recently developed a
Homeland Security Plan to ensure proper security and uphold our "Patriotic"
obligation of keeping the nations highways, railroads, and ports safe from foreign threats.
Patriot Logistics is
now offering customers the ability to send "live" trouble tickets via our secure client extranet.
The trouble tickets are received by account teams to resolve any issues or problems that may arise.
